I’m so excited to share my results from my 30 days!
I’m down 15.43lbs and 33 inches!
My energy level is so high and I’m so active I feel fantastic (hence not blogging as much).
I have energy, I don’t feel tired, I haven’t head a headache in weeks, I don’t get as hungry (as long as I snack and shake regularly) and I see the results in my photos!
My cleanse days were a breeze as I waited 10 shake days before doing them and I did them two days in a row, two weeks in a row, then took a week off; now I’m on my first of two cleanse days today.
I am thrilled with my results and can’t wait for the future.
My biggest challenge this past month was having my vacation right at the end of the month but I knew my goals and I had my shakes, I enjoyed every minute of it. I went kayaking with my mother for two hours, swam every day, got caught up on chores and even had energy to run after my almost 2 year old all day long ;o)
This month I want to start doing some Pilates, learn how to use a kettle bell and figure out how to do yoga. My whole life I’ve wanted to learn yoga but I always felt too big.
Now I feel fantastic and I can’t wait to get out and about and get things done!
