My parents live in gods country, North Olliphant. It is magnificent any time of year there. Along the Lake Huron shore, the waves crash, trees and paths, rocks and wildlife, make the majestic landscape breathtaking.
My mom loves to get out and walk, and for years I would reluctantly pass on the opportunity. This year, I’m not. Maybe its the sentimental side of me coming out since having my own daughter. Maybe its me realizing shes in her prime and I need to be spending more time with her while I can.
We went for a walk in the freezing cold, but it was well worth it. Such a beautiful hike, with my beautiful Mom.
