I started my first ever shake day yesterday. It was a very hard day to get through as my daughter was up a few times in the evening and up at 5am, after going to sleep at 12 midnight, I felt like a walking zombie.
It wasn’t too bad, the chocolate shake was amazing, tasted like creamy hot chocolate.
I kept my water intake up throughout the day and enjoyed a nice vanilla shake for lunch.
by 3pm I was done, my body wanted to sleep so bad. I did an e-shot and wow, I felt great. Not shakey or jittery but awake and ready for a walk, although I couldn’t leave for a walk because I was working.
By dinner time, I made some tilapia, greens salad and rice. I couldn’t finish my meal as it was too much for me to eat, or I just felt full. Normally I would eat like twice as much. It was nice. I liked that feeling.
Come 9:30 I went to bed, I was exhausted and excited for day 2!
